Our initial meeting is free and carries no obligation – it’s for us to find out about you, your business and your requirements. In order to help you we want to know more about your products and services, and your customers. You will also have the opportunity to find out more about us – including the it'seeze website packages, the support we offer, our website editor and examples of how we have already worked with similar clients.
Website Planning Meeting
If you decide to go ahead, we will schedule a website planning meeting. During the course of this meeting, we’ll determine the look, feel, and structure of your new website, keeping the technical jargon to an absolute minimum throughout! We will also identify the content (i.e. the images and the content) that is needed for your website.
Gathering the Website Content
Depending on how you want to gather the content for your website, we can then source it for you, or give you a structure in which to create your own. A set of high quality stock images is included within the cost of your website, and we can also help with logo design, copywriting, social media, photography and any other requirements you may have.
Website Design and Build
Our designers will create your brand-new bespoke website – and not a template in sight! As soon as this is ready (approx. 17 working days) we will send over a link to a new fully functioning website for you to view. Meanwhile, our technical team will handle all of the set-up, including registering your domain name and setting up your email addresses, if required. We even optimise each website page for search engines.
Website Go Live and Training
Once you’re reviewed your website, made required changes and you are happy with what we’ve created, we’ll set your website live for the world to see. Additionally, we will provide you with full website editor training so you can keep it looking great and performing well.
And into the future...
Once your website is live, we’ll remain on hand to support you with ongoing advice and assistance. You will also have access to our support site which contains a multitude of useful videos and articles.
