We are delighted to be celebrating our 10-year business anniversary here at it’seeze Web Design Bristol.
This momentous milestone has come from many years of perseverance and passion and we’re extremely proud to have built our web design company into the thriving business that it is today. As any small business owner knows, a successful business doesn’t happen overnight.
In the competitive landscape of digital marketing, we’re humbled and delighted to have taken our Bristol web design company to new heights, enjoying our most successful year to date in 2020.
We have recently taken on our first permanent member of staff, and we are certain they will not be our last. We’re committed to driving the business forward and making sure that it’seeze Web Design Bristol continues to flourish into a fantastic team.
About our Director, Suzy Perry
Suzy has a wealth of knowledge and experience that has played an integral part in her success.
“From doing a maths degree I worked at a large IT company, then became a maths teacher and an education consultant.
After having my kids, I spent time working with schools doing fundraising but then wanted something more challenging and with scope to expand.”
Suzy, like many small business owners, longed for a career where she called the shots. Her role saw her spending less and less time with her family and friends. As we all know, the importance of feeling a balance in your life is imperative to happiness, wellbeing, and even productivity in your role. Suzy had reached a crossroads and knew that there must be something out there that better suited her and her family’s needs.
Seeking that elusive work-life balance, a friend suggested Suzy looks into franchising. It was then that Suzy found out about the it’seeze franchise opportunity. In 2011 she took the plunge, and since then there has been no looking back.
Suzy was drawn to franchising as it ticked all of the boxes for her and her lifestyle.
“I loved the idea of being able to work flexible hours from home... I chose a franchise in the web design industry due to my background in IT and the it’seeze franchise opportunity was just right for me – I liked the product; the team were professional and not too 'corporate'. I wanted something that still allowed me to be me and it’seeze does just that!”
Suzy found her new career in web design to be the perfect fit. Her skills and knowledge of effective promotion on the web soon saw it’seeze Web Design Bristol becoming a successful venture.
The key to our success
So how have we done it? The road to success hasn’t come easy. Learning along the way with the support of the it’seeze team, we quickly realised what we needed to do.
Many entrepreneurs and small business owners fall into the trap of working tirelessly to get more leads, and make more sales without spending time on the business itself. Suzy wishes she had realised sooner that “I needed to work on the business, not just in the business, and spend time planning and working proactively rather than reactively.” However, it hasn’t scuppered our success.
Planning makes perfect
With an emphasis on planning, we were able to develop an effective strategy to source more quality leads. As a result we continue to see amazing business growth every month. In order to know what is working best, we constantly test and measure different lead sources and adapt accordingly.
Getting to know our clients is one of the most rewarding parts of our job. We take the time to truly understand their brand and their requirements. It is with this personal approach that we’re able to recommend the best website to meet our clients’ business objectives.
We like to think that the authenticity of our approach is reflected in our strong and loyal client base throughout Bristol, Portishead, Nailsea, Clevedon and Weston-super-Mare. Over 300 websites have been developed by it’seeze Web Design Bristol, and counting! Our plans for the future are clear - to build our turnover so we can employ more people and all enjoy the freedom a flexible career offers.

We’re incredibly grateful that our hard work has been recognised by the it’seeze Head Office. Taking home the accolade for best business growth at the it’seeze franchisee awards was a highlight for us in 2020. The annual awards celebrate the achievements and hard work of franchisees in the it’seeze network.
In 2021 we are thrilled to be a finalist for the highly sought-after franchisee of the year award in the Virtual Franchise Awards 2021 held by the QFA. Finalists will be announced at an online event on Friday 29th January 2021. Watch this space.
