 Position: Business Development Executive (Permanent)  

Location: Home based, but with the requirement to travel within Bristol and North Somerset to meet with the it’seeze team, attend networking meetings and visit clients. 
 
Hours: 25 hours per week

The Role 
 
Are you living in or around Bristol and looking for a flexible sales role that suits your lifestyle? It’seeze websites are looking for a motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills to join our small team.

The role will be primarily to drive sales for the business, and the successful candidate will confident generating new leads as well as following up inbound enquiries. Ideally you should feel confident using IT, but no prior experience of website sales as required as we will provide full training on our products. 
 
You will be based at home, but will need to travel to an early morning networking group in Bristol on a Thursday, as well as visiting prospective clients as and when the need arises. We ask that you spread the 25 hours fairly evenly over the five days of the week in order that all enquiries can be answered in a timely manner and client meetings can be arranged, but the exact hours you work are open to negotiation. 
 
The OTE for this role is £14,887 (FTE £22,331), and realistically a successful candidate should be earning upwards of £17,500 (£26,300 FTE) or more. We also offer 25 days holiday per annum as well as bank holidays. 
 
Accountabilities 
Manage and drive the sales cycle and follow-up process, which will include creating and maintaining a database of prospects and clients. 
Generate leads through networking as well as a number of other strategies 
Work closely with other team members and external resources to maximise lead generation 
Generation and conduction of sales meetings to convert warm leads to clients 
Representing the company by telephone, written communication and in person 
Assess client needs to provide appropriate and accurate information about it’seeze products 
Keep accurate records of KPIs 
Continually improve and update skill level in line with internal product developments and external marketplace developments in order to accurately match client’s needs with it’seeze websites 
Weekly feedback to the director of performance 
 
Skills and Experience 
Min 1 year experience in a sales role 
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and close deals 
Optimistic and enthusiastic 
Systematic and efficient with the ability to meet deadlines and be adaptable to change 
Confident communicator (both written and verbal) with friendly manner with the ability to build relationships with clients and networking groups 
Willingness to learn 
Motivated to work unsupervised 
Confident Microsoft Office user with experience in Excel and Word
