 Position: Sales and Marketing Support Executive – Kickstart Role  

Details 
Location: This role is remotely based, but requires the candidate to travel to Long Ashton and Ashton Gate on occasions to meet with the director and attend networking meetings. 
Hours: 25 hours per week 
Salary: National Minimum wage or National Living Wage (age dependant) plus sales commission where appropriate

It’seeze websites in Bristol are a small, friendly company, established in Bristol for over 10 years who provide professional website design and management services to local SMEs.  
Due to a sustained period of growth, we are looking for a dependable Sales and Marketing Support Executive to help support the day-to-day tasks we undertake. We believe in empowering our employees and encouraging their personal development. 
 
The Role 
To support the business, remotely home based, but with the requirement to work in either Long Ashton or from a client’s premises (within Bristol or North Somerset) when necessary to undertake training, networking and client meetings. Hours are 25 a week, 5 hours a day. Exact hours worked are open to negotiation, however certain tasks will have to be completed in a timely manner. 
The successful candidate will have an opportunity to learn new skills as well as network and meet contacts that could potentially help them further their career. We will also be happy to consider taking an appropriate candidate on as an apprentice or permanent employee. 
 
Duties 
Sales and marketing activity to generate leads, to include 
Attending networking meetings and building relationships 
Creating flyers, letters and emails 
Making telesales calls 
Posting on Social Media 
Development of website including writing and uploading of blogs, case studies and testimonials 
Adding content to Google My Business 
Completing and distributing postal and digital sales campaigns 
Contacting leads to arrange sales meetings and relevant diary management 
Updating the client database with new activity and keep all client records updated 
Regular feedback to the director of performance 
 
Experience 
Have experience of building rapport and resolving customer queries via email telephone and face to face. 
Be computer literate with experience in Excel and Word 
Demonstrated evidence of working independently 
 
Skills and Behaviours 
Confident communicator (both written and verbal) with friendly manner with the ability to build relationships. 
Computer Literate. 
Motivated to work unsupervised.  
Ability to work to deadlines and be adaptable to change 
Willingness to learn
