The Sign Man SW Case Study
it'seeze Web Design Bristol recently created a replacement website for The Sign Man SW - a sign-making company based in Brislington, Bristol.
The Sign Man SW came to us for a redesign of their website as the existing one had become far too large and sprawling. They required a far cleaner look without pages that scrolled for miles, as well as making the backgrounds nice and clean.

The new website design
The new website needed to show their signage and vehicle branding to best effect without being overly wordy.
Hence, for the new site we designed a full-width, modern, clean, and clear design using the grey and white as well as green and gold accent colours. Montserrat, a sans serif font, was selected for the font as it was similar to that used for the logo they provided.
Their call to action of "Get a Quote" has been prominently displayed throughout the website, and on the home page there is an Instagram feed featuring some of their great product designs. On other pages there are some great examples of their work alongside quotes from happy clients.

SEO on the new website
We worked with them to create a new page structure that streamlined the content as well as using show/hide options in most pages so that minimal content was seen, but the SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) value of the existing content was not lost.
In addition to this we also copied over all the blog posts from the old website onto the new easy-to-use editing system which allows them to make updates themselves. Finally, we worked with their SEO company to make sure that none of the work that had already been done on promoting their site was lost.
